Hello nomads. I am Priyanka Gowda. I am a Mechanical engineer by profession and adventure junkie by passion. Traveling is an experience which would convert us into Travel monk.

I started this travel blog to share my travel experience to help fellow travelers and adventure junkies.
Exploring the path less traveled and adrenaline filled activities are my type of journeys. Although I have traveled to numerous places in Karnataka with my family and friends, I started my solo traveling in 2014 with the trek to Kudremukh. It gave me an enormous amount of confidence. When I went to Australia for my master's, the huge continent down under offered great opportunities to travel and camp in different terrains from seashores to the ski resort, windfarms to wine yards, caves to coral reef, dense rain forest to deadly deserts.

My few memorable experiences are scuba diving in the great barrier Reef at Cairns with the famous Nemo, skydiving in Sydney's South coast at the Wollongong beach, road trip to the west coast from Sydney and Tassie. And not to forget the pit stops with long layovers with vacation during traveling back home has opportunities to explore various countries.

I grew up looking at my dad's Himalayan trekking pictures and dreaming to conquer those mountains. In the year 2018, this childhood dream turned to reality with Indrahar Pass trek in the summer. In 2019, I decided to come back to India to serve my country. Here I am with the hope and determination of exploring every nook and corner of India and the world.
